Agent Pilot participation terms.
These working terms describe the intended free pilot. They are not active enrollment terms and should receive appropriate legal review before applicants are accepted.
1. Pilot scope
The pilot is invitation-based, limited to approximately ten agents, offered at no charge, and manually administered. Planned deliverables include one co-branded homeowner page, three homeowner guides, one launch email, three social-post concepts, a shareable link, and a QR code.
2. Agent responsibilities
Participants must provide accurate professional information, confirm they have authority to use supplied branding and photography, review their co-branded materials, and comply with brokerage, licensing, advertising, privacy, and applicable real-estate requirements.
Participants may not alter disclosures, imply endorsement beyond the approved materials, or make guarantees about products, leads, referrals, income, or client outcomes.
3. Private Quarters responsibilities
Private Quarters will prepare the agreed pilot materials, maintain editorial and affiliate disclosures, use approved agent information, and communicate material pilot changes. Service levels, uptime, future features, and continued availability are not guaranteed during testing.
4. Commercial terms
The pilot fee is $0. There is no Amazon commission sharing, paid-ad budget, guaranteed lead generation, guaranteed referral arrangement, guaranteed transaction, or income promise. Any future paid program requires separate terms and affirmative enrollment.
5. Content, branding, and data
Agent information and supplied assets may be used only to create and operate the approved pilot materials. Final privacy, retention, correction, removal, and termination procedures must be defined before enrollment opens.
6. Changes and ending participation
Either party should be able to end pilot participation with reasonable written notice. Private Quarters should remove or unpublish co-branded materials within a defined operational period, subject to archival, legal, or technical requirements included in the final terms.
